يجير على سطانه حكم دينه
ويبعدand he keeps at a distance فيconcerning حقthe rights of البعيدthe outsider أقاربهhis relatives
ويبعد في حق البعيد أقاربه
The judgment of his faith grants protection against his sovereign power,
The rule of his faith grants protection against his power.
and keeps his own kin at bay when an outsider’s right is at stake.
And he keeps his relatives at a distance where an outsider’s rights are concerned.
