عَاهَدَتshe made a pact زَوجَهاher husband وَقَدand had already قالَhe said إِنّيindeed I
عَاهَدَت زَوجَها وَقَد قالَ إِنّي
سَوفَshall أَغدوI go out in the morning لِحاجَتيfor my errand وَلِدَينيand for my debt
سَوفَ أَغدو لِحاجَتي وَلِدَيني
She made a pact with her husband, who had said: 'I
shall set out in the morning on my errand and to settle my debt.'
قالَhe said ماwhat أَجرُpayment ذاthis هُديتِmay you be guided فَقالَتso she said
قالَ ما أَجرُ ذا هُديتِ فَقالَت
سَوفَshall أُعطيكَI give you أَجرَهُits payment مَرَّتَينِtwice
سَوفَ أُعطيكَ أَجرَهُ مَرَّتَينِ
He said, 'What is the payment for this—may you be guided?' She said:
'I shall give you twice its payment.
فَاِبدَإِso begin الآنَnow بِالسِفاحِwith fornication فَلَمّاand when
فَاِبدَإِ الآنَ بِالسِفاحِ فَلَمّا
سافَحَتهُshe fornicated with him أَرضَتهُshe satisfied him بِالأُخرَيَينِwith the other two
سافَحَتهُ أَرضَتهُ بِالأُخرَيَينِ
So begin now with fornication.' And when
she had fornicated with him, she satisfied him with the other two.
بَينَماwhile ذاكَthat مِنهُماbetween the two of them وَهيَand she تَحويshe encircles
بَينَما ذاكَ مِنهُما وَهيَ تَحوي
ظَهرَهُhis back بِالبَنانِwith the fingers وَالمِعصَمَينِand the two wrists
ظَهرَهُ بِالبَنانِ وَالمِعصَمَينِ
While they were thus engaged and she was clasping
his back with her fingers and both wrists,
جَاءَهاhe came to her زَوجُهاher husband وَقَدand had already شامَhe sheathed فيهاinside her
جَاءَها زَوجُها وَقَد شامَ فيها
ذاone possessing اِنتِصابٍan erection مُوَثَّقِstrongly built الأَخدَعَينِthe two neck veins
ذا اِنتِصابٍ مُوَثَّقِ الأَخدَعَينِ
her husband came upon her; already sheathed within her was
an erect member with two stout neck veins.
فَتَأَسّىso he consoled himself وَقالَand he said وَيلٌwoe طَويلٌlong-lasting
فَتَأَسّى وَقالَ وَيلٌ طَويلٌ
لِحُنَينٍto Hunayn مِنfrom عارِthe disgrace of أُمِّthe mother of حُنَينِHunayn
لِحُنَينٍ مِن عارِ أُمِّ حُنَينِ
So he consoled himself and said: 'Long-lasting woe
to Hunayn, from the disgrace of Hunayn's mother!'
