وَزِد دِرهماً فوقَ المُغالينَ واخنَعِ
So promise the owner of al-Laḥḥām a sword you will sell,
Offer your sword-seller friend a sword to sell
And add a dirham above the high bidders, and humble yourself.
And pay an extra dirham over the high prices and be humble
نَدينُwe incur debts وَيَقضيand repays اللَهGod عناon our behalf وَقَدand indeed نرىwe see

We incur debts, and God repays for us; and indeed we see
We are in debt and God will settle for us as we see
The deaths of people who incur no debts, themselves lost.
The fate of a people who have no faith, lost
