Water with fiery flame
like the sun amid steady rain pouring down.
Like the sun shining through a cloud
وأبيضَّand turned white منfrom تحتهbeneath it رخامٌmarble
وأبيضَّ من تحته رخامٌ
كالثلجlike snow حينwhen ابتداbegan يذوبto melt
كالثلج حين ابتدا يذوب
And beneath it, marble turned white,
Under it, marble whiter
like snow when it began to melt.
Than snow when it begins to melt
