The willow branches clothed themselves; then came
The branches of discord have been clothed and soared aloft
the birds to them, rehearsing their song.
The birds circle them, studying their melody

A herald of spring’s arrival,
Announcing the spring’s blossoms
toward them our eyes gaze intently.
Our sights set upon them
أحستthey became aware برحلةِof the departure of فصلِthe season of الشتاءwinter

فجاءتso they came وقدand had already قلبتturned inside out فَرْوَهاtheir fur coat
فجاءت وقد قلبت فَرْوَها
They sensed the winter season’s departure,
Sensing the winter’s journey
so they came, having turned their fur coat inside out.
