حُبُّ اليهودِ لآل موسى ظاهِرٌ

حُبُّ اليهودِ لآل موسى ظاهِرٌ

وولاؤُهم لبني أخيه بادي

وولاؤُهم لبني أخيه بادي

The Jews’ love for Moses’ family is plain,

And their allegiance to his brother’s sons is manifest.

وإمامهم من نسلِ هارونَ الأُلَى

وإمامهم من نسلِ هارونَ الأُلَى

بهِم اهتدَوا ولكلِّ قومٍ هادي

بهِم اهتدَوا ولكلِّ قومٍ هادي

And their leader comes from Aaron’s descendants,

Through whom they found guidance—and every people has a guide.

وأرى النصارى يُكرِمونَ محبَّةً

وأرى النصارى يُكرِمونَ محبَّةً

لنبيِّهم نَخِراً من الأعوادِ

لنبيِّهم نَخِراً من الأعوادِ

And I see the Christians honoring, out of love

For their prophet, a rotten piece of wood.

وتمسكوا بولاءِ شمعونَ الصَّفَا

وتمسكوا بولاءِ شمعونَ الصَّفَا

فصفتْ قلوبُهم مِنَ الأحقادِ

فصفتْ قلوبُهم مِنَ الأحقادِ

And they held fast to allegiance to Simon the Rock,

So their hearts were cleansed of hatreds.

وإِذا تولَّى آلَ أحمدَ مسلمٌ

وإِذا تولَّى آلَ أحمدَ مسلمٌ

قتلوهُ أو وسموهُ بالإلحَادِ

قتلوهُ أو وسموهُ بالإلحَادِ

And when a Muslim shows loyalty to Ahmad’s family,

They kill him or brand him a heretic.

هذا هو الدَّاءُ العياءُ بمثلِهِ

هذا هو الدَّاءُ العياءُ بمثلِهِ

ضلَّتْ حلومُ حواضرٍ وبوادي

ضلَّتْ حلومُ حواضرٍ وبوادي

This is the incurable disease; through its like

The minds of townsfolk and desert-dwellers have gone astray.

لم يحفَظوا حَقَّ النبيِّ محمَّدٍ

لم يحفَظوا حَقَّ النبيِّ محمَّدٍ

في آلِه واللّهُ بالمرصادِ

في آلِه واللّهُ بالمرصادِ

They did not honor the Prophet Muhammad’s right

Regarding his family; and God lies in wait.
