A mouth whose lovely gleam is like a flash of lightning
Lips like lightning's flash, radiant their beauty
Quenches the lovestruck one's burning thirst with its saliva.
Their radiance soothes the fevered lover's yearning

Indeed, I spent the night kissing it and sipping wishes
I kiss them, sipping bliss
From its pearls, its carnelian, and its nectar.
From their nectar, ruby, and sweet ambrosia
