يَاO ربِّLord عَجِّلhasten شفائىmy healing دُونَمَاwithout any تَعَبٍhardship
يَا ربِّ عَجِّل شفائى دُونَمَا تَعَبٍ
علىaccording to مُرَادِىmy wish واسعَاamply فيin وإسعَادِىand bringing me happiness
على مُرَادِى واسعَا في وإسعَادِى
O Lord, hasten my healing without hardship,
O Lord, hasten my recovery without fatigue,
According to my wish, abundantly, and in bringing me joy.
According to my wishes, making me happy.
ونَحِّand remove عَنfrom جسمىَّmy body الأسقَامَthe illnesses أجمَعَهاall of them
ونَحِّ عَن جسمىَّ الأسقَامَ أجمَعَها
بِجَاهِby the honor of خَيرِthe best of البراياcreated beings المصطفيthe Chosen One الهادِىthe Guide
بِجَاهِ خَيرِ البرايا المصطفي الهادِى
And remove every sickness from my body,
And remove from my body all illnesses,
By the honor of the best of creation, the Chosen One, the Guide.
For the sake of the best of creation, the Chosen Guide.
بِجاهِby the honor of خيرِthe best امرئٍman نَاءَتrose bearing a burden بِهwith him قُلُصٌyoung she-camels
بِجاهِ خيرِ امرئٍ نَاءَت بِه قُلُصٌ
وخيرِand the best of مَنthose whom ضَمَّهُembraced him فيin مَجلِسٍa council نَادِan assembly
وخيرِ مَن ضَمَّهُ في مَجلِسٍ نَادِ
By the honor of the best man whom young she-camels bore,
For the sake of the best of men, for whom worries ceased,
And the best whom an assembly embraced in council.
And the best of those who sat in an assembly of calling.
وجاهِand the honor of مَنhim who رَقِىَascended السّبعَthe seven heavens الطباقَlayered one above another عَلَىupon
وجاهِ مَن رَقِىَ السّبعَ الطباقَ عَلَى
مَتنِthe back of البُرَاقِal-Buraq وجبريلٌand Gabriel هُوhe الهادىthe guide
مَتنِ البُرَاقِ وجبريلٌ هُو الهادى
And by the honor of him who ascended the seven layered heavens upon
For the sake of the one who ascended the seven heavens,
The back of al-Buraq, with Gabriel as the guide.
On the back of Al-Buraq, and Gabriel is his guide.
وخيرand the best of منthose whose ظهرتappeared آيتهhis sign وأرتand showed
وخير من ظهرت آيته وأرت
منthose who عاندوهopposed him الطراطunclear; probably the path البينclear البادىmanifest
من عاندوه الطراط البين البادى
And the best whose sign appeared and showed
And the best one whose sign emerged and showed
Those who opposed him the clear, manifest [path?],
Those who opposed him clear falsehood and misguidance.
مُحمدٍMuhammad صَفوةِthe choicest of الكَونَينِthe two worlds نُورِهِمَاtheir light
مُحمدٍ صَفوةِ الكَونَينِ نُورِهِمَا
هَأدِىguide of أولِىthose possessed of الغَىِّerror مِنfrom غَيٍّerror لإرشَادِto right guidance
هَأدِى أولِى الغَىِّ مِن غَيٍّ لإرشَادِ
Muhammad, the choicest of the two worlds, their light,
Muhammad, the elite of the two worlds, their light,
Guide of the erring, from error to right guidance.
Guiding the misguided from misguidance to guidance.
