إلَهِى إجعَلن مُغيَا الجَدِيدَةَ مَنهَلاً

إلَهِى إجعَلن مُغيَا الجَدِيدَةَ مَنهَلاً

عَزِيزاً عَظِيمَ القدرِ سَهلاً مُسَهَّلا

عَزِيزاً عَظِيمَ القدرِ سَهلاً مُسَهَّلا

My God, do make Mughyā al-Jadīda a watering place,

My God, make the new village a precious spring,

esteemed, of great worth, accessible and made easy to reach,

Great in worth, easy and facilitated,

جَمُوماً طَمُوماً صَافي المَاءِ عَذبَهُ

جَمُوماً طَمُوماً صَافي المَاءِ عَذبَهُ

كثِيرَ دِلاَءٍ لا تُكَدِّرُهُ الدِّلا

كثِيرَ دِلاَءٍ لا تُكَدِّرُهُ الدِّلا

abundantly replenished and overflowing, its water clear and sweet,

Abundant, bounding, pure cool water,

with many buckets, yet the buckets do not muddy it.

Much runnels that muddiness does not disturb,

وأَجر يَنَابِيعاً مِنَ الخَيرِ جَمَّةً

وأَجر يَنَابِيعاً مِنَ الخَيرِ جَمَّةً

بِهِ وأزِح عَنهُ المَكَارِهَ والبَلا

بِهِ وأزِح عَنهُ المَكَارِهَ والبَلا

And make abundant springs of goodness flow

And bring forth springs of goodness in plenty,

in it, and remove from it hardships and affliction.

With it, and ward off harms and afflictions from it,

وبَارِك لأهلِيهِ وأيِّد أمِيرَهُم

وبَارِك لأهلِيهِ وأيِّد أمِيرَهُم

وتَمِّم عَلَيهِ النَّصرَ واليُسرَ والعُلا

وتَمِّم عَلَيهِ النَّصرَ واليُسرَ والعُلا

And bless its people and support their ruler,

And bless its inhabitants and aid their ruler,

and grant him victory, ease, and eminence in full,

And complete for it victory, ease and exaltation,

بِجَاهِ النبي المُصطفي وصِحَابِهٍِ

بِجَاهِ النبي المُصطفي وصِحَابِهٍِ

عَلَيهِ صَلاَةُ اللهِ خَتماً وأَوَّلا

عَلَيهِ صَلاَةُ اللهِ خَتماً وأَوَّلا

by the honor of the Prophet, the Chosen One, and his Companions—

By the status of the Chosen Prophet and his companions,

God's blessing be upon him, at the end and at the beginning.

Upon him the prayers of God, first and last.
