ألاَ أبلِغ مُحمداً الإِمَامَا

ألاَ أبلِغ مُحمداً الإِمَامَا

ولا تَعبَأ بِحَاسِدِهِ السَّلاَمَا

ولا تَعبَأ بِحَاسِدِهِ السَّلاَمَا

Hear this: convey to Muhammad, the Imam,

Convey my greetings to Muhammad the Imam

greetings of peace, and pay no heed to his envier.

And pay no heed to his envious detractors

وبَشِّرهُ بِأَنَّ له مَقَاماً

وبَشِّرهُ بِأَنَّ له مَقَاماً

عَظِيماً أعجَزَ الناسَ العِظَامَا

عَظِيماً أعجَزَ الناسَ العِظَامَا

And give him glad tidings that he has a station

Give him glad tidings of the lofty station

so great that even great men could not attain it.

That has humbled all the eminent personages

حَبَاهُ اللهُ بَينَ النَّاسِ عِزّاً

حَبَاهُ اللهُ بَينَ النَّاسِ عِزّاً

ونَصراً لا يسَامُ ولَن يُسَامَى

ونَصراً لا يسَامُ ولَن يُسَامَى

God bestowed on him glory among the people,

God has endowed him with honor among people

and victory beyond price, never to be equaled.

And support that knows no end and will never cease

وأولاَهُ السَّيَادَةَ في النَّوَادِى

وأولاَهُ السَّيَادَةَ في النَّوَادِى

ومَلَّكَهُ الأعِنَّةَ والزِّمَامَا

ومَلَّكَهُ الأعِنَّةَ والزِّمَامَا

And granted him preeminence in the assemblies,

And granted him leadership in assemblies

and gave him mastery of the reins and the halter.

And empowered him with the reins and authority

وأمسَى في إِمَارَتِه أمِيراً

وأمسَى في إِمَارَتِه أمِيراً

حَمَى مِن صَولَةِ الشِّدَدِ الأنَامَا

حَمَى مِن صَولَةِ الشِّدَدِ الأنَامَا

And in his emirate he became an emir,

He has become the prince through his rule

who protected the people from the onslaught of hardships.

Protecting from the tyranny of oppressors

رَفِيقاً بالرَّعِية فَهوَ يَرعَى

رَفِيقاً بالرَّعِية فَهوَ يَرعَى

بِمُقلَتِهِ مَصَالِحَها دَوَامَا

بِمُقلَتِهِ مَصَالِحَها دَوَامَا

Gentle with his subjects, he watches over

A shepherd of his flock whom he pastures

their welfare with his own eye at all times.

With his staff, their interests his lasting concern

فَصَارَ لِكُلِّ مُغتَرِبٍ مَلاَذاً

فَصَارَ لِكُلِّ مُغتَرِبٍ مَلاَذاً

وصَارَ لِكُلِّ مُزعَجٍ إعتِصَامَا

وصَارَ لِكُلِّ مُزعَجٍ إعتِصَامَا

Thus he became a refuge for everyone far from home,

He's become a refuge for every expatriate

and became a shelter for everyone in distress.

And a stronghold for all the distressed

وصَارَ مِنَ السَّخَاءِ أباً شَفِيقاً

وصَارَ مِنَ السَّخَاءِ أباً شَفِيقاً

وأُمًّا لِلأرَامِلِ واليَتَامَى

وأُمًّا لِلأرَامِلِ واليَتَامَى

And through his generosity he became a tender father,

And through his generosity, a loving father

and a mother to widows and orphans.

And a mother to widows and orphans

وحَجَّ البيتَ مُمتَثِلاً ولبي

وحَجَّ البيتَ مُمتَثِلاً ولبي

وطَافَ وزارَ زَمزَمَ والمُقَامَا

وطَافَ وزارَ زَمزَمَ والمُقَامَا

And he made pilgrimage to the House in obedience and answered the call,

He performed the pilgrimage, adhering to its ways

and circled it and visited Zamzam and the Station.

Circling round, then visiting Zamzam and its sites

جَزَاهُ اللهُ أحسَنَ مَا يُجَارِى

جَزَاهُ اللهُ أحسَنَ مَا يُجَارِى

بِه مِن يُمنِ جَنَّتِهِ الكِرَامَا

بِه مِن يُمنِ جَنَّتِهِ الكِرَامَا

May God reward him with the finest recompense He grants

May God reward him with the finest requital

the noble from the blessings of His Garden,

To parallel his stature among the honorable

وَجنَّبه دَوَاهِمَ كُلَّ دَاهٍ

وَجنَّبه دَوَاهِمَ كُلَّ دَاهٍ

وجنَّبَهُ المَذَّلَةَ والمَلاَمَا

وجنَّبَهُ المَذَّلَةَ والمَلاَمَا

and spare him the sudden assaults of every schemer,

And protect him from the arrows of every foe

and spare him humiliation and reproach,

And from humiliation and blame

بِجَاهِ الهاشِمِىِّ عَلَيهِ مني

بِجَاهِ الهاشِمِىِّ عَلَيهِ مني

صلاةٌ لا أُرِيدَ لَهَا خِتَامَا

صلاةٌ لا أُرِيدَ لَهَا خِتَامَا

by the honor of the Hashimite, upon whom I send

By the sanctity of the Hashimite

a blessing for which I wish no end.

Upon him from me prayers that know no end
