يَاO عَجَباًwhat a wonder لِقَادِرٍat one who is able
يَا عَجَباً لِقَادِرٍ
مِنamong خَادٍone moving swiftly أوor مِنamong خَادِرِone in seclusion
مِن خَادٍ أو مِن خَادِرِ
Oh, what wonder at one who is able,
O how strange for the Able One
whether roaming or secluded,
Whether from a tent or dwelling
لَمdid not يَرضَconsent بَذَلَgiving (contextual reading) فِفتَنٍunclear in the supplied text
لَم يَرضَ بَذَلَ فِفتَنٍ
ذَاتاًa self or person لِعَبدِto the servant of القَادِرِthe All-Powerful (in Abd al-Qadir)
ذَاتاً لِعَبدِ القَادِرِ

جُودَ امرِئٍ مُبادِرِ
Whoever does not embody [unclear word]
Whoever did not embody his wish
the generosity of a man quick to act,
The generosity of a willing man
فَهوَthen he is عَينٌthe very embodiment صَادِرٍdeparting; possibly the name Sadir
فَهوَ عَينٌ صَادِرٍ
مَاnot مَادِرٌMadir بِمَادِرِtruly Madir (emphatic predicate)
مَا مَادِرٌ بِمَادِرِ
is the very embodiment of Sadir [possibly a name];
So he is a spring that flows
Madir is no Madir.
What springs from a spring?
هَدِيَّةٌa gift مَحتُومَةٌobligatory
هَدِيَّةٌ مَحتُومَةٌ
فيin غَيرِother than حَقٍّan entitlement نَادِرِrare
في غَيرِ حَقٍّ نَادِرِ
A gift is obligatory,
An obligatory gift
apart from a rare entitlement.
In an exceptionally rare right
فَإِنso if أرَدتَyou desire مُتَضًَىunclear in the supplied text
فَإِن أرَدتَ مُتَضًَى
رِضَىthe pleasure الإلهِof God القَادِرِthe All-Powerful
رِضَى الإلهِ القَادِرِ
So, if you desire [unclear word],
So if you want to be content
the pleasure of God, the All-Powerful,
With the pleasure of the Able God
بَادِرhasten إلَىto إعطَائِهَاgiving it

فيin كُلِّevery شَهرِmonth بَادِرِcoming; beginning
في كُلِّ شَهرِ بَادِرِ
hasten to give it
Hasten to give it
in every coming month.
Every month of the early-risers
فإِنَّfor indeed آلَthe family of المُصطفيthe Chosen One
فإِنَّ آلَ المُصطفي
مِنamong وَارِدٍone arriving وصَادِرِand one departing
مِن وَارِدٍ وصَادِرِ
For the family of the Chosen One,
For the family of the Chosen One
whether arriving or departing,
Are givers and takers
لَمhas not يَأبَrefused عَنwith regard to تَبجِيلِهِمhonoring them
لَم يَأبَ عَن تَبجِيلِهِم
غَيرُexcept غويa misguided person غَادِرِtreacherous
غَيرُ غوي غَادِرِ
none has refused to honor them
None refused to revere them
except a misguided, treacherous man.
Except a deviant deserter
