O rider, halt at al-Muḥaṣṣab in Minā,

and call out to those seated in its Khayf and those rising,

before dawn, when the pilgrims stream toward Minā,

a flood like the crashing waves of the overflowing Euphrates.

If love for Muhammad’s family is rejection (rafḍ),

then let humankind and jinn bear witness that I am a Rāfiḍī.
