أُشهدُ باللهِ وآلائِهِ

أُشهدُ باللهِ وآلائِهِ

واللهُ عمّا قلتُهُ سائِلي

واللهُ عمّا قلتُهُ سائِلي

I bear witness by God and His blessings,

And God will question me about what I have said,

أنّ عليَّ بن أبي طالبٍ

أنّ عليَّ بن أبي طالبٍ

لَخير ما حافٍ وما ناعلِ

لَخير ما حافٍ وما ناعلِ

That Ali, son of Abu Talib,

Is surely the best of the barefoot and the shod.

صِدِّيقنا الأكبرُ فاروقُنا

صِدِّيقنا الأكبرُ فاروقُنا

فاروقُ بني الحقِّ والباطلِ

فاروقُ بني الحقِّ والباطلِ

Our greatest truthful one, our distinguisher—

The distinguisher of the sons of truth and falsehood.
