Will you not pity a body grown threadbare,
Do you not mourn for a body returned as dust?
For which the doves wailed in anguish and mourned?
The doves mourn for him, grief and lament.
وترحمand have mercy on ذاone with دموعtears فيكfor you أضحتhave become

تحث على البكاء دما وتحثى
And have mercy on one whose tears for you have come
And pity the one whose tears in you
To urge the weeping of blood and to be scattered?
Stir to weeping blood, and stir grief.
