يا عاذلي انظره إذا ما انثنى

وسل من مقلته نصلا
O my reproacher, look at him when he sways,
O you who reproach me, behold him when he inclines
and draw a blade from his eye.
And receive a blade from his eyelashes
فهلso, do ترىyou see أرشقmore graceful; more deft at shooting منthan قدهhis figure
فهل ترى أرشق من قده
عطفاin its sway ومنand than ناظرهhis eye نبلاarrows
عطفا ومن ناظره نبلا
Do you see anything more graceful than his figure
Do you see one with a neck brighter than his
in its sway, or more deft with arrows than his eye?
In grace and eyes more noble
