يا عاقلاً غافلاً عما يراد به
لاdo not تغتررbe deceived واجتنبand avoid تلبيسdeception إبليساIblis
لا تغترر واجتنب تلبيس إبليسا
O man of reason, heedless of what is intended for you,
O heedless wise man, oblivious to what is intended
Do not be deceived, and shun Iblis's deception.
Be not fooled, and shun the guile of Iblis
تدنىyou approach سراعَswift الخطاthe steps للهوfor amusement مبتكراsetting out early
تدنى سراعَ الخطا للهو مبتكرا
ولمand did not تخفyou fear منfrom ركوبincurring العارdisgrace تدنيساdefilement
ولم تخف من ركوب العار تدنيسا
You advance with swift steps toward amusement, setting out early,
Hastily do you fall into error and sin
And you did not fear defilement from incurring disgrace.
Yet fear not the mounting of shame and disgrace
