For my flesh and the blood mingled with it,
My flesh and what is intermingled with my flesh of my blood
my standing, my worth, and my wealth all come from your riches.
And my social standing and wealth from your soil and my property

And even if my words offered no thanks, witness would be borne
And if my tongue failed to give thanks, my right hand would speak
by my right hand and my left to what you have bestowed on me.
Of what you have given me, and my left hand too

And my skin, my bones, and my joints would reveal it,
With it grew my skin, my bones and my joints
and my slave, my packhorse, and the bloom of my fortunes.
My physical vigor, my sense of honor, and the freshness of my state
