May God preserve her who makes my heart burn with love for her,
In a blaze, while through her my eye dwells in the garden of eternity.

Gazelle-eyed, sunlike in her radiance,
Her hips like dunes, her figure like a bough.

To me! It passed, remembered without reproach.
