مَنwhoever كانis مَذْكوراًknown بعِشْقِfor love of الظِّباthe gazelles
مَن كان مَذْكوراً بعِشْقِ الظِّبا
بلاwithout خلافٍdispute للنُّهَىwith reason حَالَفَاhas allied himself
بلا خلافٍ للنُّهَى حَالَفَا
Whoever is known for loving gazelles
Who has been mentioned for the love of gazelles
Has, without dispute, allied himself with reason.
Without doubt has made a pact against what is forbidden
ومنand whoever يكُنْbe خالَفhas disagreed فيconcerning أمْرِهhis conduct
ومن يكُنْ خالَف في أمْرِه
فَغَيْرُthen not مذكورٍmentioned وإنand even if خَاَلفَاhe disagrees
فَغَيْرُ مذكورٍ وإن خَاَلفَا
And whoever disagrees concerning his conduct
And whoever differs in his matter
Goes unmentioned, even if he disagrees.
Is unmentioned even if he differs
