سَبَبٌa cause لأنfor ... to تَفْنَىperish بهthrough it الأجْسامُthe bodies
سَبَبٌ لأن تَفْنَى به الأجْسامُ
Between glances and sword blades there is a bond—
Between pages and texts a tether
A cause through which bodies perish.
Is reason bodies perish altogether
