تَعامَسَhe feigned ignorance حَتّىuntil يَحسَبُthink الناسُthe people أَنَّهاthat she
تَعامَسَ حَتّى يَحسَبُ الناسُ أَنَّها
إِذاwhen ما(emphasis) اِستَحَقَّتshe claimed her due بِالسُيوفِwith swords ظَلومُvery unjust
إِذا ما اِستَحَقَّت بِالسُيوفِ ظَلومُ
He feigned ignorance until people thought that she
