تَحَمَّلنَthey departed مِنfrom ذاتِDhat (place-name element) الإِزاءِal-Iza’ (place-name element) كَماjust as اِنبَرىcame forth
تَحَمَّلنَ مِن ذاتِ الإِزاءِ كَما اِنبَرى
بِبَزَّwith cloth التِجارِthe merchants’ مِنfrom أُوالَUwal سَفائِنُships
بِبَزَّ التِجارِ مِن أُوالَ سَفائِنُ
They departed from Dhat al-Iza’, just as there came forth
Ships from Uwal bearing the merchants’ cloth.
