فَتىًa youth جَهرُهُhis outward manner ظَرفٌrefinement وَباطِنُهُand his inner self تُقىًpiety
فَتىً جَهرُهُ ظَرفٌ وَباطِنُهُ تُقىً
يُزَيِّنhe adorns ماwhat يُخفيhe conceals بِصالِحwith the goodness of ماwhat يُبديhe reveals
يُزَيِّن ما يُخفي بِصالِح ما يُبدي
A youth whose outward manner is refinement and whose inner self is piety,
A youth whose outward manner is charm, and whose inner self is piety,
He adorns what he conceals with the goodness of what he reveals.
He adorns what he conceals with the virtue of what he reveals.
