أهديتُ ما لو أنَّ أضعافَه

مُطَّرحٌ عندك ما بانا

I have brought you presents, were I

To bring you but a tithe of my desire,

كمثل بلقيس التي لم يَبِن

إهداؤها عند سليمانا

They would outnumber all Queen Bilqis sent

To Solomon's court in its glorious prime.

هذا امتحان لك إن تَرضَهُ

بانَ لنا أنك ترضانا

Accept them. That will show you know they mean
