ومبشِّري بقدوم مَن أهواهُ

ومبشِّري بقدوم مَن أهواهُ

لازال وهو مُبَشَّرٌ بمناهُ

لازال وهو مُبَشَّرٌ بمناهُ

And he who brings me glad tidings of my beloved’s arrival—

And heralds of the arrival of my beloved

May he forever receive glad tidings of his heart’s desire.

Who is still being given good tidings of his blessings

عندي له بشرى ولو مَلَّكتُه

عندي له بشرى ولو مَلَّكتُه

روحي وقلبي قلَّ عن بشراهُ

روحي وقلبي قلَّ عن بشراهُ

I have a reward for him; and even if I gave him

I have glad tidings for him even if he grows weary

My soul and my heart, it would fall short of his glad tidings.

My soul and heart never tire of sharing his bounty
