I risked my life in the sea of love; perhaps

I ventured my soul in the sea of passion, hoping

I shall be granted success and triumph by you.

وحُسن وجهك يا سُؤلي يبشِّرني

بحُسن فعلك بي يا أحسن البَشَرِ

فانصر رجايَ على يأسي فإنهما
