قلبيmy heart بزمامهby its rein إليهمtoward them جبذواthey pulled
قلبي بزمامه إليهم جبذوا
فتّواthey shattered كبديmy liver فهيso it is عليهمbecause of them فلذpieces
فتّوا كبدي فهي عليهم فلذ
They pulled my heart toward them by its rein.
They pulled my heart by its reins towards them
They shattered my liver, so it is in pieces because of them.
They melted my liver, so it's their darling child
