And the trees' shadows, where dreams
And the shadows of trees dreaming in it,
The winged fragrance of night,
The scented, winged night breeze.

The violet murmur sings
By the hidden pool on its night journey among them—
In its hidden, whispering brook,

And their sacred beauty has captivated me.
And their heavenly beauty has captivated me.

A panting knight goes toward the west,
A knight galloping to the west
Veiled by a divine banner.
With a brilliant banner fluttering over him.
