أشاع فسادَهُ الفَسَوي نصرٌ
وفاقَand surpassed جميعَall أهلِthe people of فَساFasa فَساداin corruption
وفاقَ جميعَ أهلِ فَسا فَسادا
Nasr al-Fasawi spread his corruption,
The corruptor spreads his corruption, Nasr
and surpassed all the people of Fasa in corruption.
And surpasses all the people of corruption in corruption
فساfarted هَجويmy satire عيلهupon him (likely عليه) فَسادَand prevailed إخسٌunclear; perhaps 'fie!'
فسا هَجوي عيله فَسادَ إخسٌ
بمنupon one whom هجوٌa satire عليهupon him فَساfarted فَساداand prevailed
بمن هجوٌ عليه فَسا فَسادا
My satire farted upon him and prevailed—fie! [uncertain wording]
Corrupting me is more vile corruption
Upon one whom satire farted upon and prevailed over!
Than corrupting whom corrupts with corruption
