جُرْحُ جُحْرِ ابنِ غالبٍ ليسَ يُوسى

فأذِقْهُ يا ربِّ بأساً وبُوسا

فأذِقْهُ يا ربِّ بأساً وبُوسا

The wound in Ibn Ghalib's hole cannot be healed.

So make him taste, my Lord, affliction and misery.

ما عَجبنا أَنْ كانَ من خَيرِ قومٍ

ما عَجبنا أَنْ كانَ من خَيرِ قومٍ

إنَّ قارونَ كانَ من قَوم موسى

إنَّ قارونَ كانَ من قَوم موسى

We were not surprised that he was from the best of people:

Indeed, Qarun was from the people of Moses.
