تَشَفَّعتُ بِالمُختارِ في دَفعِ كُربَتي

تَشَفَّعتُ بِالمُختارِ في دَفعِ كُربَتي

وَهَل شافِعٌ عِندَ الشَدائِدِ إِلّاهُ

وَهَل شافِعٌ عِندَ الشَدائِدِ إِلّاهُ

I sought intercession through the Chosen One to dispel my distress.

And is there any intercessor amid hardships but him?

كَما جاءَ في الأَنباءِ عَنهُ مُصَحَّحاً

كَما جاءَ في الأَنباءِ عَنهُ مُصَحَّحاً

وَفي مُحكَمِ التَنزيلِ قَد أَنزَلَ اللَهُ

وَفي مُحكَمِ التَنزيلِ قَد أَنزَلَ اللَهُ

As authentically transmitted in reports from him,

And as God has indeed revealed in the unambiguous Revelation.

عَلَيهِ صَلاتي مَع سَلاميَ سَرمَداً

عَلَيهِ صَلاتي مَع سَلاميَ سَرمَداً

إِذا ذُكِرَ في مَعشَرِ اله

إِذا ذُكِرَ في مَعشَرِ اله

Upon him be my prayers and greetings of peace forever,

Whenever God is mentioned in a gathering;

وَأَصحابِهِ وَالآلِ مَع تابِعيهِمُ

وَأَصحابِهِ وَالآلِ مَع تابِعيهِمُ

وَكُلَّ امرىءٍ في نُصرَةِ الدينِ وَلّاهُ

وَكُلَّ امرىءٍ في نُصرَةِ الدينِ وَلّاهُ

And upon his companions and family, along with their followers,

And everyone he entrusted with supporting the faith.
