مع الرائحين المصعطين جنيبُ
When a caravan sets out for the uplands, his heart
If a group ascends two slopes, then his heart
is a mount led alongside those departing for the heights.
Is with the two ascending groups, gentle.
وإنand if هبblows علويthe upland one الرياحthe winds وجدتنيyou find me
وإن هب علوي الرياح وجدتني
كأنيas though I were لعلوياتهنَّto their upland ones نسيبُa kinsman
كأني لعلوياتهنَّ نسيبُ
And if an upland wind blows, you find me
And if the winds blow high above, you'd find me
as though I were kin to those upland winds.
As though to their sublimity a kinsman.
