في مركز العقل والصواب
The surest thing my eye has ever beheld,
The surest thing my eye has ever seen,
At the heart of reason and reckoning:
At the center of reason and sound judgment—

من غير شك ولا ارتياب
And all people have agreed upon it,
And people have unanimously agreed on it,
Without a doubt or misgiving.
Without doubt or misgiving—

I have seen nothing surer, to my mind,
I have seen nothing more certain, in my view,
In fortune, reason, and reckoning,
In fortune, reason, and reckoning,

Than the emergence of a living being into life,
Than a living being's emergence into life,
And the death of a living being, with no return.
And a living being's death without return.
