Do not steal poetry; leave it to its author.

For the ugliest thing is stealing from people.

إنى وإن صغرت كأسي أخو أدب

أُسقضى وأَسقِى أولى الألباب من كاسي

أُسقضى وأَسقِى أولى الألباب من كاسي

Indeed, though my cup is small, I am a man of letters.

I am given drink, and I give those of understanding drink from my cup.
