لَهُfor it سَرجٌa saddle وَلَيسَbut there is no لَهُfor it لِجامُa bridle
May I be your ransom! My donkey now
Has a saddle, but no bridle,
كَمِثلِjust like العاطِلِthe unadorned woman الحَسناءِthe beautiful أَمسَتshe has become
لَهاfor her حَليٌjewelry وَلَيسَbut there is no لَهاfor her نِظامُa necklace
Like an unadorned beauty who now
Has jewelry, but no necklace.
