وَهَلand does يَضُرُّharm نُباحُbarking الكَلبِof the dog بِالقَمَرِto the moon
وَهَل يَضُرُّ نُباحُ الكَلبِ بِالقَمَرِ
And you were like a dog that began barking at the moon.
