بأسعَدِ مالكٍ وفي العُهودِ
هناءٌjoy قدindeed تجدَّدَhas been renewed فيin الوُجودِthe world
هناءٌ قد تجدَّدَ في الوُجودِ
Through the most fortunate sovereign, faithful to his pledges,
With the happiest of rulers, and in covenants
joy has indeed been renewed in the world.
There is bliss that has been renewed in existence
عظيمُgreat in القدرِrank ساميlofty in الفخرِglory عاليexalted in الthe
عظيمُ القدرِ سامي الفخرِ عالي ال
جَنابِdignity وارثٌinheriting فضلَexcellence of الجُدودِthe forefathers
جَنابِ وارثٌ فضلَ الجُدودِ
Great in rank, lofty in glory, exalted in
Great of worth, noble of pride, lofty of
dignity, inheriting the excellence of his forefathers.
Status, heir of the excellence of ancestors
رحيبُlavish in البذلِgiving باديdisplaying العدلِjustice مُسديbestowing
رحيبُ البذلِ بادي العدلِ مُسدي
جزيلِabundant الفضلِbounty عنout of كرمٍmagnanimity وجُودِand generosity
جزيلِ الفضلِ عن كرمٍ وجُودِ
Lavish in giving, displaying justice, bestowing
Open-handed with generosity, initiator of justice, bestower
abundant bounty out of magnanimity and generosity.
Of abundant favor out of munificence and goodness
فضائُلهُhis virtues الغزيرةُabundant ليسare not تُحصىcounted
فضائُلهُ الغزيرةُ ليس تُحصى
ومنand who يُحصيcan count الجواهِرَthe jewels بالعُقودِin the necklaces
ومن يُحصي الجواهِرَ بالعُقودِ
His abundant virtues cannot be counted—
His abundant virtues cannot be counted
and who can count the jewels in necklaces?
And who can count gems by strings?
خلافتهُhis caliphate أمانٌsecurity فيwithin أمانٍsecurity
خلافتهُ أمانٌ في أمانٍ
ولايتُهُhis rule سُعودٌgood fortune فيwithin سعودِgood fortune
ولايتُهُ سُعودٌ في سعودِ
His caliphate is security within security;
His caliphate is safety within safety
his rule is good fortune within good fortune.
His rule is prosperity within prosperity
طليقُcheerful of الوجهِface باديshowing البشرgood cheer أوفmost faithful (apparently truncated)
طليقُ الوجهِ بادي البشر أوف
وفيa faithful one فيin المصادرdepartures والورودِand arrivals
وفي في المصادر والورودِ
Cheerful-faced, showing good cheer, the most faithful
Serene of face, cheerful of countenance, faithful
of the faithful in departure and arrival.
In springs and meadows
يُراعيhonors العهدَthe covenant يَحفظُهُkeeps it امتناناًgraciously
يُراعي العهدَ يَحفظُهُ امتناناً
يفكُّfrees أسيرَa captive of ظُلمٍinjustice منfrom قُيودِchains
يفكُّ أسيرَ ظُلمٍ من قُيودِ
He honors the covenant, graciously keeping it;
He upholds the covenant, preserving it gratefully
he frees a captive of injustice from chains.
He releases a prisoner of injustice from shackles
رُزِقناwe were granted سعادةًhappiness أمناًsecurity هناءًjoy
رُزِقنا سعادةً أمناً هناءً
بأسعدِthrough the most fortunate مالكٍsovereign وافيfulfilling العُهودِthe pledges
بأسعدِ مالكٍ وافي العُهودِ
We have been granted happiness, security, and joy
We have been granted happiness, security and bliss
through the most fortunate sovereign, who fulfills his pledges.
With the happiest of rulers, loyal to covenants
