Through your judgment, O best of judges, justice has soared.
By your judgment, O the best of judges, justice has reached its pinnacle
And you revived its spirit among us, so the credit is yours.
And you have revived its spirit in us, so yours is the merit
وَنفذتand you enforced لِلقانونfor the law تَنفيذenforcement عادلjust
وَأَدبتand you disciplined بِالإِنصافwith fairness مِنwhoever غُرهdeceived him الجَهلignorance
And you enforced the law with fairness.
And you have implemented the law with fairness
And with fairness you disciplined whoever ignorance had deceived.
And with equity you have disciplined the ignorant of his foolishness
وَأَعطَيتand you gave حَقاًtruly لِلمَكارمto noble virtues حَقَهاtheir due

وَلَولاكand were it not for you ياذاO possessor of العَدلjustice لاستفحلwould have grown rampant البَطلfalsehood
And you truly gave noble virtues their due.
And you have given rights to virtues their dues
And but for you, O man of justice, falsehood would have run rampant.
And without you, O you of justice, injustice would have prevailed

And may eminence remain yours, bestowing its glory upon you.
And may glory continue to bestow upon you its glory
And grant you, in the shade of justice, all that delights.
And give you under the shade of justice what is most delightful
وَلاand never زلتhave I ceased لِلمَعروفfor kindness وَالفَضلand virtue حامِداًpraising
وَماand not أَناI وَحديby myself بَلrather يُشاركنيjoins me الكُلeveryone
And I never cease praising kindness and virtue.
And you have not ceased to promote good and favor
Nor am I alone; everyone joins me.
And I am not alone, rather all share this with me

So remain exalted, while the people continually voice praise.
So remain lofty and let people chant praise
And the tongues of days recite your wonders.
And let the days and years recite your signs
