This yearning to meet you drives me
Yet I never quenched my burning thirst when I met you.
Yet I found no relief in meeting you

I saw no evil, for all your life

None would gloat but your most wretched subjects

You have freed yourself from arrogance and mockery
And he who took your life avenged my heart upon you.
And my heart has exacted revenge from your loss

And I shall escape remembrance and forget you.
And I will be saved from memory and forget you
