ربّنا إنّا اهْتدينا

ربّنا إنّا اهْتدينا

فَلَك الشُّكرُ عَلَيْنا

فَلَك الشُّكرُ عَلَيْنا

Our Lord, we have indeed found guidance.

Our Lord, indeed we have been guided,

So we owe You thanks.

So to You belongs all praise over us.

أَنتَ أَحْسَنْتَ إلينا

أَنتَ أَحْسَنْتَ إلينا

بالرّجالِ المُحسِنينْ

بالرّجالِ المُحسِنينْ

You have shown us kindness

You have done good to us

Through the men who do good.

With righteous men.

حَفِظوا القُرآنَ فينا

حَفِظوا القُرآنَ فينا

وَرَعَوْهُ مُخْلِصِينا

وَرَعَوْهُ مُخْلِصِينا

They preserved the Qur'an among us,

They preserved the Quran within us

And tended it with sincere devotion.

And guarded it sincerely.

صَدَقوا دُنيا ودِينا

صَدَقوا دُنيا ودِينا

نِعمَ أجرُ الصّادقين

نِعمَ أجرُ الصّادقين

They were true in worldly life and faith.

They were truthful in worldly life and religion,

How excellent is the reward of the truthful!

What a great reward for the truthful.

إنّهُ خيرُ البِضَاعَهْ

إنّهُ خيرُ البِضَاعَهْ

ليس مِنّا مَنْ أَضاعَهْ

ليس مِنّا مَنْ أَضاعَهْ

It is indeed the finest merchandise.

Indeed it is the best merchandise,

Whoever neglects it is not one of us.

None among us has wasted it.

رَبَّنا كُنْ لِلجَماعَهْ

رَبَّنا كُنْ لِلجَماعَهْ

إنّهم أهلُ اليمين

إنّهم أهلُ اليمين

Our Lord, stand by the community;

Our Lord, be with the group,

They are indeed the people of the right hand.

Indeed they are the people of the right.

واجْزِ خَيراً كُلَّ حُرِّ

واجْزِ خَيراً كُلَّ حُرِّ

صادقِ الإِيمانِ بَرِّ

صادقِ الإِيمانِ بَرِّ

And reward with good every free man,

And reward with goodness every free,

True in faith and righteous,

Truthful, righteous man

عَاملٍ قَامَ بِشَطْرِ

عَاملٍ قَامَ بِشَطْرِ

في الرّجالِ العامِلينْ

في الرّجالِ العامِلينْ

A worker who has done his share

Who has fulfilled his duty

Among the men who labor.

Among the working men.

هِمَمٌ تَمضِي كِبارا

هِمَمٌ تَمضِي كِبارا

ونُفوسٌ تَتَبَارَى

ونُفوسٌ تَتَبَارَى

Lofty aspirations press onward,

There are ambitions that go on aspiring,

And souls vie with one another,

And souls that compete,

تَنْصُرُ اللهَ جِهَارا

تَنْصُرُ اللهَ جِهَارا

في حِمَى الهادي الأمينْ

في حِمَى الهادي الأمينْ

Openly championing God,

Openly helping God,

Within the sanctuary of the trustworthy Guide.

Under the protection of the trusted guardian.

عَلَّمونا فارْتَقَيْنا

عَلَّمونا فارْتَقَيْنا

وَمِنَ الحقّ ارْتَوَيْنا

وَمِنَ الحقّ ارْتَوَيْنا

They taught us, so we rose,

They taught us so we rose,

And we drank our fill of truth.

And from the truth we quenched our thirst.

أينَ مَن يَشربُ أينا

أينَ مَن يَشربُ أينا

نحنُ خيرُ الشّاربينْ

نحنُ خيرُ الشّاربينْ

Where is one who drinks weariness?

Where is one who drinks as we do?

We are the best of drinkers.

We are the best of drinkers.

نَحنُ للإِسلامِ جُنْدُ

نَحنُ للإِسلامِ جُنْدُ

بأسُنا البأسُ الأَشدُّ

بأسُنا البأسُ الأَشدُّ

We are an army for Islam;

We are the soldiers of Islam,

Our might is the fiercest might.

Our courage is the strongest courage.

خالدٌ فينا وسعدُ

خالدٌ فينا وسعدُ

نفتحُ الفتحَ المبينْ

نفتحُ الفتحَ المبينْ

Khalid is among us, and Sa'd;

Eternal and fortunate through us,

We win the clear victory.

We will open the clear conquest.

نُرسلُ الآياتِ غُرّا

نُرسلُ الآياتِ غُرّا

تَنفضُ الأعداءَ ذُعْرا

تَنفضُ الأعداءَ ذُعْرا

We send forth the verses, radiant,

We send verses that make the enemies tremble with fear,

That shake the enemies with terror.

Our Lord, God, grant us victory,

رَبّنا اللّهمَّ نصرا

رَبّنا اللّهمَّ نصرا

رَبَّنا أَنتَ المُعينْ

رَبَّنا أَنتَ المُعينْ

Our Lord, O God, grant us victory!

Our Lord, You are the helper.

Our Lord, You are the Helper.

Our sword is God is the greatest,

سَيفُنا اللهُ أكبرْ

سَيفُنا اللهُ أكبرْ

يضمن النَصْرَ المُؤَزَّرْ

يضمن النَصْرَ المُؤَزَّرْ

Our sword is "God is greatest!"

It guarantees victorious support,

It guarantees decisive victory.

What matter can become difficult

أيُّ أمرٍ يَتعذّرْ

أيُّ أمرٍ يَتعذّرْ

إن ذهبنا فاتحينْ

إن ذهبنا فاتحينْ

What undertaking can prove impossible

If we go as conquerors?

If we go forth as conquerors?
