رمى الجوَّ من برج أسته بجلاهق
When a glutton has cauliflower for supper,
When the hedgehog finishes his supper,
He pelts the air with clay balls from the tower of his arse.
He tosses the bones from his tower of tusks,
فيفعمthen fills ثقْبيthe two openings منخريهhis two nostrils عجاجهاtheir dust
فيفعم ثقْبي منخريه عجاجها
فيرجعthen he repeats أيضاًalso سبكهاtheir casting كالبنادقlike pellets
فيرجع أيضاً سبكها كالبنادق
Their dust then fills both openings of his nostrils,
So they echo out through his nostrils
Then he recasts them in turn, like pellets.
And fall back again like a volley of shots.
