I battle the bedbugs, singly and in pairs,

مثلlike الفصوصgemstones علىupon جسميmy body مرصعةset like jewels
مثل الفصوص على جسمي مرصعة
حتىeven إلىto خاتميmy ring الفينthey found منهاجاa path
حتى إلى خاتمي الفين منهاجا
Like gemstones set upon my body,
Like gems studded over my body
They even found a path to my ring.
