ومن يبدأ به سفها ولؤما
يجدfinds جيشاan army لديهwith him متابعيناfollowers
يجد جيشا لديه متابعينا
and whoever starts it out of folly and baseness
Whoever starts with foolishness and vileness
finds an army of followers at his side.
