  1. قد طينت الدنيا على

    ما لا يحب العاقل

    The world has indeed been molded upon

    what the wise man does not like:

  2. مازال يشقى عالم

    فيها ويحظى جاهل

    a learned man goes on suffering

    in it, while an ignorant man prospers.
