  1. من الدنيا جرت عبر

    بها لاولى النهى عبر

    From this world, tears have flowed;

    in them are lessons for those endowed with reason.

  2. فان تنكر فقل لي اين

    من غبروا ومن عبروا

    And if you deny it, tell me where

    are those who stayed and those who passed through?
