لاَdo not تُنْكِرِdeny البَاطِنَthe hidden فيin طَوْرِهِits mode
لاَ تُنْكِرِ البَاطِنَ في طَوْرِهِ
فَإِنَّهُfor it is بَعْضُone of ظُهُورَاتِهِits manifestations
فَإِنَّهُ بَعْضُ ظُهُورَاتِهِ
Do not deny the hidden in its own mode,
Do not deny the inner self in its cycle
for it is one of its manifestations.
For it is part of its manifestations
وَأَعْطِهِand give it مِنْكَof yourself بِمِقْدَارِهِaccording to its measure
وَأَعْطِهِ مِنْكَ بِمِقْدَارِهِ
حَتَّىuntil تُوَفِّيfulfill حَقَّthe due إِثْبَاتِهِits affirmation
حَتَّى تُوَفِّي حَقَّ إِثْبَاتِهِ
And give it of yourself according to its measure,
And give it from you according to its measure
until you give its affirmation its due.
Until you fulfill the right of its affirmation
وَأظهِرهُand manifest it فيin ذَاتِكِyour essence مُسْتَكْمِلاًin its fullness
وَأظهِرهُ في ذَاتِكِ مُسْتَكْمِلاً
خَشْيَةَfor fear أَنْthat تَظْهَرَyou appear فِيin ذَاتِهِits essence
خَشْيَةَ أَنْ تَظْهَرَ فِي ذَاتِهِ
And manifest it in its fullness within your essence,
And manifest it in your essence completely
lest you appear within its essence.
For fear it manifests in its essence
