فارحمso have mercy إذاwhen اجتاحoverwhelmed الحنينlonging ُمولّعكْthe one enamored of you
فارحم إذا اجتاح الحنين ُمولّعكْ
My longing, my tears, and sleeplessness are my witnesses.

So have mercy when longing overwhelms the one enamored of you.
