وإنand if نأتgrew distant الدروبُthe paths .. بخافقيناwith our two beating hearts
وإن نأت الدروبُ .. بخافقينا
أطعتَyou obeyed .. ولوeven if علىon شوكٍthorns مشيتَyou walked
أطعتَ .. ولو على شوكٍ مشيتَ
And if the paths carry our two beating hearts far away,
And if paths lead... to our pulses
You obey—even if you walk on thorns.
