إِمّا حَجَجتَ فَمَقبولٌ وَمَبرورُ

إِمّا حَجَجتَ فَمَقبولٌ وَمَبرورُ

مُوَفَّرُ الحَظِّ مِنكَ الذَنبُ مَغفورُ

مُوَفَّرُ الحَظِّ مِنكَ الذَنبُ مَغفورُ

If you have made the pilgrimage, you are accepted and blessed.

Either you performed Hajj, so it is accepted and blessed,

You are richly favored; your sin is forgiven.

You are blessed with good fortune, your sins are forgiven.

قَضَيتَ مِن حِجَّةِ الإِسلامِ واجِبَها

قَضَيتَ مِن حِجَّةِ الإِسلامِ واجِبَها

ثُمَّ اِنصَرَفتَ وَمِنكَ السَعيُ مَشكورُ

ثُمَّ اِنصَرَفتَ وَمِنكَ السَعيُ مَشكورُ

You have fulfilled the obligation of Islam's pilgrimage.

You have fulfilled the duty of the Hajj of Islam,

Then you departed, and your striving is gratefully acknowledged.

Then you left, and your effort is appreciated.

إِلّا كِتاباً لَنا قَد كُنتَ جُدتَ بِهِ

إِلّا كِتاباً لَنا قَد كُنتَ جُدتَ بِهِ

فُضَّ الخِتامُ وَفَحوى لَفظِهِ زورُ

فُضَّ الخِتامُ وَفَحوى لَفظِهِ زورُ

Except for a letter you had already bestowed upon us:

Except for a book you had forged for us,

Its seal was broken, and the purport of its words is falsehood.

Its seal was opened, and its wording was false.

فَتُب إِلى اللَهِ مِن تَحقيقِ باطِلِهِ

فَتُب إِلى اللَهِ مِن تَحقيقِ باطِلِهِ

فَأَنتَ إِن تُبتَ عِندَ اللَهِ مَعذورُ

فَأَنتَ إِن تُبتَ عِندَ اللَهِ مَعذورُ

So repent to God for substantiating its falsehood;

So repent to Allah for establishing its falsehood,

For if you repent, you are excused before God.

For if you repent to Allah, you are excused.
