لَوif كُنتُI were مَيتاًdead وَنادَتنيand she called me بِنَغمَتِهاwith her melody
لَكُنتُI would surely be لِلشَوقِout of longing مِنfrom لَحديmy grave أُلَبّيهاanswering her call
Were I dead and she called me with her melody,
I would answer her from my grave out of longing.
